People, who live in a hot climate or tropical regions, often require more water. You also need to check the hydration rate if you exercise more often or have conditions like diarrhea. Dehydration is a common condition and must be treated in time, or else, one might feel tired all the time. If you exercise longer than an hour, you should consider adding at least three glasses of water to the existing plan. Patients suffering from fever or vomiting must also have more water, as a considerable amount of fluid is lost during this period.
